Each room at the Four Seasons Restaurant in NYC offers two menus.  For example, there is a Grill Lunch and a Grill Dinner as well as a Pool Lunch and a Pool Dinner.  The same goes for the Front Bar and Banquets.  Specialty menus, including dessert, wine list, pre-theatre and Valentine’s Day are also available.  From the Bar Lunch, you can select two courses for twenty-five dollars.  Some options include the Tuna Burger and the Short Ribs of Beef.  From the Pool Dinner Menu offers appetizers of Smoked Salmon or Lobster Bisque.  A main course from that menu includes Potato-Crusted Salmon, Root Vegetable, Merlot Sauce or Breast of Pheasant, Cranberry-Foie Gras Sausage, Braised Red Cabbage.
